Carol Hunt

Three Killed in Crossbow Attack

Carol Hunt, 61, Hannah Hunt, 28, and Louise Hunt, 25, have been named as the victims of last night's attack in Bushey, Hertfordshire.

The three women are believed to have been killed in their home by a crossbow, and police are investigating the incident as a suspected murder.

Carol Hunt was the wife of BBC Five Live racing commentator John Hunt, and the couple had two daughters, Hannah and Louise.

The family lived in a detached house in Ashlyn Close, Bushey, and it is believed that the attack took place at around 10pm last night.

Police were called to the scene by a neighbor who heard screams coming from the house, and they found the three women dead inside.

A crossbow was recovered from the scene, and police are investigating whether it was used in the attack.

The motive for the attack is not yet known, and police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

The deaths of Carol, Hannah, and Louise Hunt have shocked the local community, and tributes have been paid to the three women.

John Hunt described his wife and daughters as "the most wonderful people you could ever wish to meet," and said that he was "absolutely devastated" by their deaths.

The BBC has also paid tribute to Carol Hunt, who worked as a producer for the corporation for many years.

In a statement, the BBC said: "Carol was a talented and dedicated producer who was loved and respected by all who worked with her. Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this difficult time."
